Applications
The Earth-Line products are ideal for many renewable energy pipeline applications, as HDPE pipe is strong, flexible, long-lasting and can be installed using a variety of methods. HDPE pipe will never corrode and is resistant to bacterial growth.

We can customize each pipe's diameter, thickness, color, and more to meet your project’s needs. We can also manufacture custom lengths to maximize footage and reduce connections.
Bio-Line™
Bio-Line HDPE pipe is used to capture and transmit methane produced on farms and bio-gas produced in landfills in the renewables market. We manufacture Bio-Line in IPS 2- to 26-inch diameters and in DIPS 4- to 26-inch diameters. Bio-Line is made of PE4710 pressure material. It is typically solid green and can be striped for further identification.
Pro-Line™
Pro-Line is used for PVC replacement in the power and communications markets. We manufacture Pro-Line in IPS ¾- to 8-inch diameters. Pro-Line is UL listed conduit material. It is typically gray, black or striped.
Sewer-Line™
Sewer-Line HDPE pipe is used for reclaimed water applications in the renewables market. We manufacture Sewer-Line in IPS and DIPS ¾ to 26-inch diameters. Sewer-Line is made of PE4710 material. It is gray with purple stripes for reclaimed water.
Thermal-Line™
Thermal-Line HDPE pipe is used to transmit water for industrial and residential geothermal applications in the renewables market. We manufacture Thermal-Line in ¾- to 6-inch diameters. Thermal-Line is made of PE4710 pressure material. It is typically blue striped.
Wind-Line™
Wind-Line HDPE pipe is large-diameter conduit used to house high-voltage transfer lines on wind farms in the renewables market. We manufacture Wind-Line in IPS2- to 26-inch diameters and DIPS 4- to 16-inch diameters. Wind-Line is made of conduit material. It is typically red or red striped.
